We were approached by our client with an approved planning application for a ground floor adaption and was then asked to add an additional floor and extension to the rear as approved. We went through another planning submission which was successful.
Detailed design was then carried out with building regulations obtained. A tender process was administered between five separate contractors seeking to obtain the best possible price for the works. The detailed design was enhanced to provide as much detail as possible to the tenderers obtaining the most accurate cost of works possible.
