Education Projects

Phoenix Design Management has successfully worked with a handful of local primary schools and some across the country, our full service was delivered to two school extensions in the North Yorkshire and County Durham areas. This included site visits and information gathering to offer a fully considered design for the use of their pupils, the planning drawings and detailed design of the primary schools were then taken through the local authorities to ensure they met current building regulations and standards.

These developments took place in preparation for works to be completed over the summer holidays with the children being greeted with a brand new space on their return to school. We have also carried out 3D modelling of three schools across the country, providing 3D imagery of works developing to include in school prospectus delivery to potential future pupils.

School Extensions

We have worked with numerous primary schools to date to provide design services for planning processes as well as building regulations works, we worked closely with these schools on both budget and program to ensure that the government-assigned pot of money was not squandered and their ambitions to have their new spaces opened in time for the new school year.

Our service extended through the tendering process where we onboarded a competent builder after a tender process and worked with them to ensure the project delivery was at a high standard to safeguard all the future children that will frequent the new space.

SCHOOL 3D DESIGN

We were approached by a company that owns and manages a portfolio of private primary schools across the country, they had large education developments on a number of their schools that concluded ready for the September intake. We were asked to produce 3D images of the developments that involved modelling the proposals in BIM software and taking the model into gaming software to develop the images and video walkthroughs.

This process allowed the primary school stakeholders to view the primary school development in the 3D form to understand the implications before the work was completed. They also used 3D imagery in their prospectus material and social media marketing in order to show potential parents and pupils what their new primary school would look like.
