The client asked us to develop their single-storey bungalow in York, North Yorkshire creating a more useable space and En-suite facilities.

 

They had a very rigid set of ideas initially, however after an initial meeting where my ideas surfaced, they were soon met with excitement and the floor plans were adapted to suit.

 

Full detailed drawings were then carried out after the planning application was made, these drawings were used for building control purposes and the job was delivered successfully.
